How to Block Pop-ups on Chrome? (Windows & Mac)
By default, Google Chrome blocks pop-ups on all websites. But make sure you do not accidentally change the setting.
This is how you can enable or disable pop-ups on Chrome,
Open Google Chrome on Windows or Mac. Tap three-dots icon from the top right corner of your screen.
Choose Settings. A new page will open with autofill and privacy settings. Locate Site Settings under Privacy and Security menu.
Open it. Scroll-down through the next page to view content settings. Click Pop-ups and redirects.
Then, you will get a screen like this.
Select ‘Don’t allow sites to send pop-ups and redirects’ to stop pop-up windows on Chrome. If you want to get pop ups from certain websites, scroll down and add it to your allowed list. Thereafter, Chrome will serve pop-up on the selected website only. It will automatically block them on other sites.

Open Google Chrome on your mobile or tablet.
Click three-dots icon from the top-right corner. Choose Settings from the menu.
Find and open site settings.
Visit Pop-ups and redirects. If it is showing the status as allowed, it means that Chrome pop-ups on all sites.
Drag the toggle button to the left to block pop-ups on Chrome.
